Questions
What counts as a "call"?
One agent run, start to finish — regardless of how many internal steps, tool calls, or LLM turns it takes. A five-step graph workflow that answers one request counts as one call, the same as a single-turn chat reply.
How does the 14-day trial work?
Every new signup gets full Pro entitlements — 10 agents, 10,000 calls, unlimited connectors, 90-day retention, programmatic API access — for 14 days, with no credit card required. At the end of the trial you drop to the Free plan, not locked out: nothing you built stops existing, and your account stays fully usable at Free's limits.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Existing run traces keep the retention they were created under — downgrading never retroactively shortens what you can already see. Only new activity after the downgrade is governed by the new plan's retention floor.
Do you support India (INR) pricing?
Not yet — this is on our roadmap. Reach out if INR billing would unblock you and we'll prioritize accordingly.
Can I bring my own model keys?
Yes, on Pro, Team, and Enterprise — Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, and several OpenAI-compatible providers (Groq, Cerebras, Mistral, DeepSeek, OpenRouter, Together). Free and trial agents run on Yantra's own community-tier model pool.
What are scheduled runs?
Cron-style schedules that trigger an agent automatically — a daily digest, an hourly sync, a weekly report — with no external cron service to wire up. Included on Pro, Team, and Enterprise; Free agents run on-demand only (chat, API, and webhook triggers).
What is long-term agent memory?
Every agent already remembers the current conversation. Long-term memory goes further: after each exchange the agent distills durable facts about who it's talking to — preferences, context, ongoing work — and recalls them in every future conversation with that person, even weeks later and long after the original messages have scrolled out of context. Available on Team and Enterprise.
What are budget guardrails?
Per-agent daily, weekly, and monthly dollar caps, on top of your overall plan budget — so one runaway agent can never eat your whole spend. Once a cap is hit, that agent's next run is blocked until the period rolls over or you raise the limit. Included on Pro, Team, and Enterprise.
