Terms of Service
Last updated 2 September 2026.
The service
Yantra lets you build, deploy, and operate AI agents. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you're using Yantra on behalf of an organization, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that organization to them.
Your account
You're responsible for what happens under your account, including agents you deploy and any API keys you generate. Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Yantra to:
- Build or deploy agents for illegal activity, fraud, or harassment.
- Attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limits, or tenant isolation.
- Reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the platform without a separate agreement.
- Send content that violates a third party's intellectual property or privacy rights.
We may suspend an account that violates this, with notice where practical.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed through our payment processor on the cycle you select. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the current billing period, then drops to Free rather than cutting off access entirely. See pricing for current plan terms.
Your content
You own what you put into Yantra — your agent configurations, prompts, and the data your agents process. We don't use your content to train models. We process it to operate the service you've asked for (running your agents, enforcing your plan, maintaining your audit trail).
Disclaimer and liability
Yantra is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. This is an early-stage product — ask us directly if you need specifics on what is and isn't built yet before relying on it. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of Yantra is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for a material violation of these terms, with an opportunity to fix the issue where the violation isn't severe. On termination, your data is deleted per the retention terms in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We'll update this page when the terms change and note the date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
